Gym and Fitness Training
The club is lucky enough to include a small gym in its facilities, upstairs next to the squash viewing gallery.
We have the usual cardio-vascular machines (treadmill, rowing machine, bicycle and cross-trainer), a punchbag and some free weights, which playing members of 16 years and above are welcome to make use of for a small addition to their normal subscription. We also welcome new members who would like to use the gym only. Details of the subscription cost and induction sessions are on the membership form.
Our resident fitness trainer, Mark Richards, runs various fitness classes on a one-on-one or group basis and is happy to advise on exercises and training for you should you wish to train on your own, or to welcome you if you’d like to join one of his classes or even to engage his services as a personal trainer.
